Takeoff

The devices on the plan, each counted where it sits and tied to its sheet, in your worksheet's rows.

What it could not place comes back as a question. What your firm doesn't price is set aside, by your rules.

Each count opens to its close-ups on the drawing. Your estimator checks them, adds what was missed and signs the sheet off; the set total moves with it (on this job, 201 to 240).

Devices your firm leaves out stay visible in a Not priced list, each with the rule that set it aside. Switch one on to count it again.

Pre-field

The units to test, with design values from the schedules and the sheet each one came from.

Outlets that add up, and the questions for the engineer of record, ready to send before the truck rolls.

When an addendum or a submittal comes in, upload it: the record shows what changed, on which sheet, and which units and outlets it touches.

Where the set leaves something open, the question is written with the sheets that raised it, so you can copy it into an RFI.

Field and report

Your techs' readings go in against design and the band your spec sets.

The report is drafted on your firm's template, for your certified signer to review and sign.

The template is yours: cover, certification letter, instruments with calibration dates, nomenclature, numbering and tolerances.

Everything TabPro drafted stays marked until a person reviews it. The stamp and the signature are your certified signer's.
