Who we are

TabPro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an agentic AI platform for MEP takeoff and TAB reporting at tabpro.ai. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Lead-form data

When you submit the “Get a free takeoff” form on our site, we collect your name, email address, and company name. We use this information solely to respond to your request and follow up about the TabPro platform. We will never sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Drawing uploads

Any mechanical drawing PDFs you upload to the TabPro platform are used exclusively to produce the takeoff you requested. Your drawings are:

• Never shared with other users or organizations.
• Never used to train shared or public AI models.
• Deleted from our systems on request — email admin@tabpro.ai to request deletion.

Analytics cookies

If analytics are enabled on our site, we use PostHog, a privacy-conscious product analytics service. PostHog may set cookies or use localStorage to distinguish sessions and track aggregate usage patterns (page views, feature clicks). No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog beyond what you explicitly enter in forms. Analytics are only active when a PostHog key is configured — on environments where it is not set, no tracking occurs at all.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. Contact us at admin@tabpro.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect when the latest version was published. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
